Zanja, Jacqui and Vusi make an excellent team! The reason why is because we love what we do and are very proud of the service we provide. We are also sensitive to the fact that boarding your cat may be a stressful time for the both of you.

Zanja Voors is the owner of the business and Jacqui is her right hand. Jacqui is always ready with her bubbly personality answering telephone enquries and concerns that you may have. With her friendly smile she will greet you and kitty on arrival and
is quick to to let you all feel at home.

Vusi takes care of the kitties, cleaning the their houses, litter boxes, giving them
food and water. There is also a designated time everyday where we give all the cats treats and shower them with love. You also can bring your own treats. Every other
day we brush the cats. Should your cat prefer not to be brushed we will respect her wish.

Vusi is quick to spot a cat that are not eating or feelling  well. He is a certified groomer and has experience working for two grooming parlours and the SPCA in Swaziland.

 His gentle nature makes him a great hit with the cats! We also take note which 
veterinarian you normaly use or in an emergency we have a vet just a few metres
from us.

Since opening the KatHotel Faerie Glen in 2005, Zanja has ten years experience
working with cats. This experience comes to good use discerning the various
cat personalities and how to approach them accordingly.

We also have an excellent software program, called AccPet. With this  program it is easy to make telephonic bookings, capturing details of all owners and their cats.
It keeps record of every time that your cat comes to visit and notes special instructions.

This software was designed and  developed by ZanjaVoors, the owner of  the cattery and it is also used in other boarding kennels, catteries and grooming parlours over country. (www.bizrunner.co.za)
